Sushi Block Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

 

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Sushi Block Loyalty Program ("Program").

By enrolling and participating in this Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Sushi Block reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals aged 15 or older who have a valid email address.

Employees of Sushi Block, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

3. Enrolment

To enrol in the Program, customers must sign up either in-store or online. Membership is activated within 24hours after registration. Membership benefits are not accessible until registration is complete. Upon successful enrollment, members will receive a confirmation text message. The mobile number used at registration will serve as the membership number. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) membership, which must be in their own name. Using another member’s membership pass is prohibited.

 

 

4. Earning Points

• Members earn 1 point for every $2 spent at Sushi Block locations.

• Points are awarded based on the total amount spent.

• Points will be credited to your account within 24 hours of purchase.

 

5. Redeeming Points

• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• To redeem points, members must provide their membership number (registered mobile number).Sushi Block personnel may verify the mobile number at the time of points redemption. Points redemption may be refused if the mobile number cannot be verified.

• Members can redeem a $10 discount for every 200 points. Up to 1000 points, or a $50 discount, can be redeemed per transaction. A minimum purchase of $1 above the redemption value is required for each points level. Redemption options are available at 200, 400, 600, 800, and 1000 points.

• Points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder.

 

6. Program Changes and Termination

Sushi Block reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.

Any changes to the Program will be posted on our website and communicated via email to members where applicable.

In the event of Program termination, members will have 30 days to redeem any remaining points.

 

7. Account Termination

Sushi Block reserves the right to terminate a member's account for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misuse of the Program, or violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, any remaining points will be forfeited.

 

8. Privacy

By enrolling in the Program, you consent to Sushi Block collecting, using, and sharing your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your information will be used to administer the Program, including tracking points, processing rewards, and communicating with you.

By signing up for Sushi Block Membership, you consent to receiving marketing materials via the contact information you have provided.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia (SA), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
